General terms
General terms
Right of withdrawal and return policy – applicable to vouchers and booked flights.
1. Booked flights (time-bound service)
Under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, there is no right of withdrawal for services to be performed on a specific date or at a specific time. This covers, for example, booked flights and experiences.
This means that a booked flight is binding once the booking refers to a specific date and time.
2. Vouchers and gift cards (without a booked date)
When purchasing a voucher or gift card where no specific flight time has yet been booked, we offer a 14-day right of withdrawal from the time of purchase.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, contact us within 14 days of the purchase. Upon approval, the amount is refunded to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
3. When the voucher is redeemed for a booked flight
When a voucher or gift card is redeemed and converted into a flight booked with a date and time, the right of withdrawal expires. The terms for booked flights under section 1 above then apply.
This applies regardless of whether the flight takes place within 14 days or further into the future.
Refunds
Upon approved withdrawal (only for the purchase of vouchers or gift cards as per section 2), the full amount is refunded to the buyer.
The refund is made to the same payment method used at the time of purchase. The voucher or gift card becomes invalid after the refund.
Cancellation
Our tours, both shared and private, are non-cancellable. With the rebooking guarantee, rebooking can be done free of charge – for shared tours up to 7 days before departure and for private tours up to 2 days before departure.
For other bookings, such as helicopter taxi and larger packages (for example lunch at Sandhamn), free cancellation or rebooking applies up to 7 days before the planned departure.
If we have to cancel the flight due to incorrect information provided by you – such as weight or disability – no refund will be issued.
Arlanda Helicopter AB reserves the right to cancel up to 2 hours before the planned departure. In the event of cancellation by Arlanda Helicopter AB, you as the customer are given the option to rebook or receive a refund.
If you are not at the agreed meeting point at the time stated in the confirmation, we may have to shorten or cancel your flight. In such cases no refund is issued.
All flights may be cancelled due to weather or technical maintenance at short notice. We notify you by SMS, phone or email at least 2 hours before the planned departure. In exceptional cases, departure may be cancelled with shorter notice. In such cases, rebooking to a new date is offered at no cost.
Declining a purchase
Arlanda Helicopter AB reserves the right, in individual cases, to decline or modify a customer's order.

Consumers have a one-year right to complain but are expected to file complaints within a reasonable time. In the event of delivery delays, the consumer has the right to cancel the purchase and must have access to information about the delay.

Arlanda Helicopter AB is a reseller for selected sub-suppliers in order to offer a broad and attractive range of services and destinations.
