Helicopter transport
to archipelago islands
We transport building materials, machinery and equipment to islands and places without roads or bridges – fast, safe and efficient.
Logistics from the sky
When the helicopter is the smartest transport option
In the archipelago, logistics is often the biggest challenge. When material or equipment needs to reach islands without a road connection, helicopter operations are typically the fastest, safest and most cost-efficient option.
We help construction firms, contractors, property owners and private individuals with transports across the entire Stockholm archipelago and other hard-to-reach areas.
- Islands without roads
- Hard-to-reach work sites
- Jetties and harbours
- Mountain and forest terrain
- Places no crane can reach

FAQ
Questions about archipelago transport
Yes, we regularly deliver building materials such as timber, roof trusses, insulation, plasterboard and other supplies to islands across the Stockholm archipelago and the rest of Sweden. The material is set down directly at the site – no transfer from boat or ferry required.
Yes, heat pumps are one of our most common archipelago transports. We deliver ground source, air source and pool heat pumps and place them exactly where they will be installed.
We plan loading points on the mainland and the delivery spot on the island, rig the load in an external lifting net or strop, fly it under the helicopter and place it exactly where intended. Most missions are completed in a few hours.
Building materials, machinery, technical equipment, Big Bags, jetty material, furniture, hot tubs, wells, generators – essentially anything within the helicopter's lifting capacity. We always adapt the lifting equipment to the load.
Yes, Big Bags and bulk sacks are particularly well suited to helicopter transport. We fly out gravel, sand, soil, crushed stone and other loose material – and can bring construction waste back if needed.
We work across the entire Stockholm archipelago, from the inner archipelago to the outer islands, as well as along the entire Swedish coast. Distance is rarely a problem – on the contrary, the time saved grows the further out the delivery goes.
For urgent needs we can often be on site within 24–48 hours. Planned missions are usually booked one to two weeks in advance so we can put the logistics and loading area together in the best way.
Where we fly
Stockholm archipelago and the whole of Sweden
The heart of our archipelago work is the Stockholm archipelago – from Sandhamn, Möja, Utö and Ornö out to the outermost islands towards Söderarm and Huvudskär. We also fly in Lake Mälaren and along the east coast.
Our operations cover all of Sweden. We regularly carry out missions in the Bohuslän archipelago, along the Norrland coast and in the inaccessible areas of the mountains. With our fleet of Bell 206L, Bell 206LT and AS350 B3e we have the right helicopter for the job – regardless of weight and distance.
