Essential information is shared immediately – the fire's position, extent, contact persons and safety conditions.
The helicopter lifts off from base immediately with the fire bucket attached under the fuselage. After coordination with the rescue commander, the suppression work begins. Water is drawn from nearby lakes and released with high precision over the fire – a fast and effective complement to ground operations.
